Annual Meeting, Dinner, and Show
October 19, 2011

The annual meeting and dinner of the Smith Mountain Arts Council (SMAC) was held on October 19, 2011 at Resurrection Catholic Church in Moneta.

  • Homemade Italian Sausage, peppers and onions in a marinara sauce
  • Eggplant Parmesan
  • Assorted appetizers
  • Dessert tray
  • Bring your favorite vino or beer

The Business Meeting

The annual meeting: involved a simple vote to approve these standing board positions: Betsy Ashton-Publicity/Outreach; Bob Ayers-Scholarship; Jim Mullens-Student Outreach; Mike DeGiorgi-Special Events; Larry Sakayama- Website; Mary Lou Koons-Art Show; Peter Coriasco-Photo Show/Newsletter.

The Executive Board was appoved for Mike Dittrich- President; Nancy King- Vice President; Marty Bowers- Treasurer; Joyce Dittrich- Secretary. All were approved with no discussion nor abstentions.

Around 95 people attended. Each guest received one of the new amazing SMAC wine glasses.
