The 2008-09 Annual Meeting will be held on Tuesday, October 27, 2009 at the Waterfront Country Club. The evening will begin at 6:00 pm with Dinner being served at 6:30. At 7:15, there will be a brief Annual Business Meeting. Following a break at 7:30, for the newly-elected board to convene to elect officers, the Smith Mountain Brass (formerly Antique Brass)will entertain us.
The cost for dinner is $25.00 per person. Members wishing to attend the business meeting and enjoy the entertainment are welcome.
Come join us for some food (menu below), camaraderie and entertainment. Details on making reservations will follow shortly in the annual membership renewal letter. The evening is open to the public. Bring a non member friend.
